I'm Angela C. Gunn, an optioned screenwriter and former script coordinator for Warner Bros. and NBCUniversal. I'm also a freelance copywriter, working remotely from Savannah, GA.

📖 I started proofreading and copyediting for professional screenwriters in 2015. During the pandemic, I decided I wanted to share the skills I learned in Hollywood with everyone.

📖 Currently, I help screenwriters get their scripts and supporting documents A-List ready for submission to competitions, fellowships, producers, and representation.

📖 I also share my screenwriting knowledge every day on LinkedIn.

✍️ As much as I love to help screenwriters with proofreading and editing, I also love to write myself.

✍️ Since 2011, I've been working as a freelance copywriter.

So far my work has focused on scriptwriting for businesses in the Middle East. But more recently, I've been writing website and email copy for companies in the beauty industry.

✍️ My favorite part of being a writer and editor is turning big ideas into compelling writing that hooks readers.

When I'm not doing that, you can find me on Duolingo, learning Scottish Gaelic and Spanish, or practicing yoga. 🧘🏻‍♀️
